Variable customer service depending on who you get. Have been before and had friendlier service. Haphazard pedicure, not receptive to feedback/requests, extremely unfriendly. Not sure if it's because I wasn't having multiple expensive treatments or whether I was just unlucky with the member of staff I got? I wouldn't return!
