Jenny Nails

I am very disappointed with my recent experience. I'm not someone who frequently gets their nails done, and when I do, I prefer a simple, all-black look. This time, I decided to try something a bit different but still simple. I showed the technician exactly what I wanted and kept the reference visible throughout the appointment, yet she still messed it up.

The colors bled into each other, and the straight lines were crooked. When I pointed out these issues, she tried to gaslight me, insisting that everything was fine. I was also upset that she made me pay before completing the job, leaving me with no recourse if I was unhappy with the result.

The worst part is that I've had my nails done there before, and while it wasn't perfect, it was still decent. I don't know what happened this time, but the service has clearly declined.

i cant lié end result nails was good but 4 of my fingers were bleeding and my pinkeys are extremely short compared to my others… they kept shouting and when i first came in a girl was crying as they got eyelash glue in her eye another girl was unhappy with her nails and said she would smash the whole place up if they wernt perfect so got kicked out (fair enough) if u don’t mind a bit of pain and a chaotic environment then go as my nails did turn out okay even with a tricky design ??

worst place i have ever been to so small and dirty yellow stuff coming out the celling rude staff slapping my daughter hand because she couldn’t understand her.cutting all mine and daughter hands so there bleeding, couldn’t even move in there my NAILS ARE RUINED can’t even believe this place THERE WAS RUBBISH ALL OVER THE FLOOR SO Unhygienic

The worst manicure I’ve ever had. I don’t know why I even sat down for the manicure it was so filthy. My nails are ruined and two of my fingers bled. I absolutely do not recommend.

Disgusting hygiene and rude service. My nails are all different shapes and thickness. Never again.

I don't recommend this place at all save ur money and time.I went there to remove my acrylics.The lady kept on cutting me with nail file and she wasn't able to remove the aclyric properly.My nails are now in a horrible condition and are very damaged.
