I was yesterday for my nails and my nails is very ugly im not happy

would not recommend terrible, uneven nails and a rushed job.

The services there are very good! I went in for a Pedicure Spa and it was really nice, however I booked an appointment for 11.30am and was not seen till 12am. It was annoying for me as I ended up being late to somewhere because of the delay.

I had my nails (hands and feet) before going on holiday and they lasted very well. Prices are much cheaper than other spas I used to go to. Definitely return soon with my best friends.

I stopped going to this shop 2 yrs ago but thought things had changed so i returned. The owner did my nails and was so very rude to both me and my friend. Calling my blond friend a brixton/peckham girl refering to her eyelashes. When my friend stated it was done in the shop 2 weeks before she was adamant this was a lie.
She then proceeded to butcher my nails. she filed my cuticles with the nail machine and said i was making it up when they were ALL bleeding and were all different lengths. It seemed my request for all the same length fell on deaf ears. 2 days after i left the shop after paying £33.00 for a full set, 2 broke as i closed a car door and pulled up my leggings.
When i went back she stated i need to pay £6.00 for repairing the 2 nails. when i stated no, she relented and said £3.00. She did them and didnt file the acrylic down or paint them. she did one nail 3 cm shorter than the rest and told me i was too hard to please and the cuticles match the others.....the cuticles may have but the nail was 3 centimetres shorter than all the others. in the end i paid her another £3.00 for a terrible job.
WILL NEVER GO BACK. I will not pay to be insulted and unhappy.
