Lack of customer service, Very rude and unprofessional.

Been going here for years and for some strange reason this one time I come here I was not happy with the way the man done my nails and asked if the women could take over and complete the polish to be rudely told no one else can help me. And then was all looking at eachother as if they wanted someone to bail them out. When being told I’m paying for a service I should be receiving the man shouted at me and said ‘ im sorry I can not do perfect go and wait for someone else’ to the two women leaving me sitting at the side for a long amount of time.

I would not recommend this place, no respect for customers and took way too much skin off during my pedicure. Overall it was a poor experience and I’m now leaving this please annoyed.

Elegant nails has a good service and do lovely nails ive been going here for many years now and have not been let down.

This nail shop does nails very good but they can be rude at times!!
