Lancaster Nails

Please find another nail place. They are untidy and terrible service. The manicure they charged me for was more like a cuticle treatment (one of my fingers is bleeding). My hands are still dried and cracked. Basically I’ve never had such a horrible manicure in my life! The nail art I asked for has a line down the center of the nail. Some fingers are centered and some aren’t. I tried to explain this over the phone them and the owner yelled at me. Just awful.

Just had the worst service at Lancaster nails Enfield. My nails are ruined and I now need to pay again at another shop to have them fixed as the owner has refused to fix or refund me for them. They have left huge gaps between my nail and acrylic meaning dirt can get easily inbetween, some of the nails have lumps of glue and acrylic on the back and look and feel awful.
The owner was not interest and just shouted at me in the shop, said she would remove the nails but no refund so basically I've paid £35 for no nails!!
Rude and completely unprofessional AVOID!

I have been going to nail shop for years, mainly our of convenience because it is close to home.

My daughter and her friends hace always complained that nails come off after only a couple of days.

I persevered in going due to convenience, but this last visit took the biscuit when the owner charged me an extra £6 for removing nail polish which would not dry, due to cheap products.

By the time I got home, my pedicure was a mess, so I returned.

Instead of apologing for poor service and quality products, the owner was rude and disrespectful. I spent hundreds in that store but will never ever return...
I should have listened to my daughter years ago...

Rude manager, and poor quality service. Avoid thus establishment at all cost.

Went here yesterday to have my gems removed, when I walked in the shop one of the technicians was asleep on the desk. I was told to go to his desk and he grunted and pointed to the woman next to him. She proceeded to remove my gels with a drill which has now made my nails feel weak rather than soaking with acetone like my usual shop. She tried to charge £15 to remove and to cut down even though I told her no polish, then eventually charged £10. The shop felt dirty and staff have no manners! I would not recommend

Most awful nails I have ever got. My nails chipped after 2 days and have started to come off within a week. The man who did my nails was really rough and really hurt my nails. I will never be going back here again. Worst acrylics I’ve ever gotten.

Brilliant shop - friendly helpful staff - tea/coffee offered - nothing is too much trouble.
If you are having problems with your feet or hands come here as they are better than going to a Chiropodist.
The art work is brilliant - or you just let them design something for you both on toes and finger

Had a lovely manicure today, having been once before! Looks lovely, lots of work on my cuticles and only £10!!

Had to wait around for over half hour or so as they were running behind schedule but a fantstic pedicure - really got rid of the dry skin etc. and soooo cheap! Fed up with paying £35 at usual salons just to have my feet rubbed with an emery board - someting I can do at home! These guys used a razor type tool and the difference is amazing!

Great nail bar. Reasonable and nice people!
