Klassic Nails

Worst place. 1. The person I booked for didn’t do my nails. 2. They were all depressed. 3. The woman was grabbing my hands and slapping them on the table. Rude to me and aggressive. 3. She shouted at me in front of everyone becuase I informed her of a long hair on the dryer machine. 4. The machine was faulty - I have a family business in mechanics and I know when something is faulty - also was making noises. And not much air was coming out. 5. I politely asked to move to another machine which I soon realised was full of dust - ew. Can the government please put hygiene inspection in nail shops too?? If their landlord or somebody who is above them, if you would like the images of the dust feel free to contact me! 1 star is for the location :) can the government inforce a new hygiene inspection law for nail shops - you’d be surprised how dirty they are.

Very pleased with my nails, exactly what I asked for, brilliant customer service and very friendly, I've recommended to family and friends.

I am very happy with the service that I've received in the past few months. I have a shellac manicure which lasts for up to two weeks (chip free for around 10 days). I can always get an appointment.

i am disgusted in my nails i went in klassic nails this afternoon and they painted my nails they were perfect as soon as i walk out the shop 3 of my nails were ruined so i am going in tomorrow and demanding to have my nails redone it is disgraceful i will never go again and i recomend you don't either
