It is amazing would love to come back lovely and welcoming they all say hi and take there time and there pictures on her need to be changed as it looks lovely in there now it is all Decorated to a high standard

I am a regular customer to Lisa Nails. I have been going there for a few years. Excellent and friendly service. would highly recommend.

The only way they can improve is to close their so called 'manicure salon' and learn how to do manicure. My 3 year-old son is able to do a better painting job. Absolutely unprofessional, unfriendly staff. My photo will tell you more than million words. I wanted to cry every time I looked at my poor nails.

Used Lisa nails to get a shellac polish today.
Good points: Fair prices, fairly quick service, responsive to suggestions or comments.
Bad points: unfriendly staff, no concept of customer service or satisfaction. When man doing my nails started the colour quarter of the way up my nail so it looked like it was already growing out he was rather grumpy when i requested he start at the bottom, however he did fix it, so make sure you are very bold about telling them what you want.

A quick post to say that this is possibly one of the most unfriendly businesses I have ever entered. The staff barely look at you except to roll their eyes or give you evil looks of you dare to ask a simple question. It's also not nicely decorated or particularly clean. It's an unpleasant environment.
Nails are reasonable hence I am giving 5 out of 10. Not brilliant but acceptable in terms of nails.

Staff were not friendly at all. I sat in the chair and waited 10mins for the guy who went in the back to do what I have no idea. They tried to over charge me for what I has done I had to correct them, and for a basic infill with gel under uv light they said would cost more when that requirement is actually all included in my usual nail shop. First and last time I will be using Lisa nails! Should have just stuck with my normal professional nail shop!

Walked in one sunday morning as there is a sign that says walks in welcome so thought I wuold give it a try. Was greeted by a guy who was lounging on a chair and obviously didn't want to be disturbed. Place was not busy. When he asked me if I wanted an appointment now and I said yes his eyes rolled back as if it was too much trouble. As he started to get off the sofa I told him to forget it. Horrible vibe would not go back.

Lisa's nails is wonderful! I really reccomend it. I go to loads of salons and beauty parlours and this has to be the very best!......so far. They have fair prises and i promise they deliver! my feet never felt so soft my hands never felt so heavenly I hope you all really enjoy it!

The majority of the staff don't speak English. When you look at the diplomas on the wall, you can actually see that only 1 person in the salon is a qualified nail technitian.
