Just been taken over. Warning not as good as it used to be. Hardly understand English and are useless at Nail Art design and are not apologetic for their mistakes due to this issue.

Horrible place
They do not value customers especially if you challenge the work they do.
The hygiene practices are not always up to par, and when you complain the staff tells you , sorry but the person does not speak English. We are in the UK. #LiabiltyInsurance

I have been a customer for over 1 year. I realised from the get go that they did not like constructive criticism or appreciated if a customer is not happy.
As long as you don’t tell them it’s fine.
Very unprofessional, very rude and has no professional etiquette. Additionally the equipments especially the pedicure bowls are never sanitised in your presence.
I went in this morning for my usual manicure and pedicure, my feet were out in a dirty pedicure bowl, when I challenge the situation I was told he doesn’t know what to do and doesn’t speak English. I asked how if they have insurance encase he hurts someone. They treat you based on your profession and your colour.. horrible place.. dirty place… rude staff…

Average pedicure , rushed and rough! Most disturbing ….. staff is very rude and always moaning! Shame you’re treated like that as a customer!
