Diamond Nail Spa

i used this salon for the first time ans had a bad experience. first when i showed them the design they said they had that color but they didn’t. wipe the tip and mixed two colors, the shape wad ugly, not even or properly done. when i went back like 10 mins later they wanted to charge me £20 after i just paid 30 for those terrible ones

I had a pedicure with Sellac £30 this morning 22.7.22 and the service was rushed..I had to ask her to do this and that otherwise she would gavecrushed ne out the door. Lucky I'm no push over! I have taken a photo of thr shoddy work and when I upload the state of my feet. You will think they have been done 4 weeks ago..not 4 hours ago.
So, I called them, they said come in Sunday..lol. I said, I came in today as I have a function tonight.. I want them corrected for tonight!

I came with my 4 years old daughter for a polish for her hands and toes for a birthday party treat and she was quite hesitant and tried to make excuses for me to come back an hour later because sit and wait time is quite long so I came back an hour later and she told me that nail polish will come off on her so I told her it won’t becuase I had taken her to a local salon where I live in Enfield where they accept children and it has not come off until almost 2 weeks. This woman got my daughter hopes up and made her cry she could have told me that they don’t accept children as clients instead of telling me to come back after an hour and wasting my time. She probably doesn’t even have children herself so she doesn’t understand how children can get hurt when they lie which she had done. She is very rude and she had a lot of availabilities for online booking which I was going to pay for. She is just greedy for money as the service cost was much less so it’s her loss.

The lady was rude in the shop and didn't even paint my nails good and because the nail varnish came off the lady was rude and was shouting at me and saying something in her language to the other people who worked in the shop

Asked on my lunch break if they take credit card. Lady said yes. Went the same day after work. Told they only take cash the. Treated like a criminal when I went to go and get cash out at the closest atm. Lady made me leave my phone with her. Unfortunately because they don’t speak very good English they must have said yes with out understanding my question.

Not impressed at all with the manicure and pedicure I had.
Four different technicians swapped in and out.
The nails were filed in an uneven manner and had to be corrected under my request twice.
The nails were painted badly and were patchy. And needed to be re-done. By this point I had given up.
Whilst they did re-do what I had asked they were rude. I felt cheated as other patrons were given treatment of a much higher standard.

I have been going to Diamond Nail Spa for at least 8 years. It has recently changed management. Only ask for Mimi or Kin to do your nails as they are excellent (they work Thurs-Sat). Mimi is the best nail technician. Kim also does waxing.
All the other staff are rude, impatient and useless at doing nails.

This place mis sold me - 1st time I had my nails done ever - so didnt know the difference - I paid for gel and found our after they gave me acrylic. After a friend o saw who advised me of the difference I called and complained and they were rude and unhelpful about their mistake . Will not be returning. very disappointing,

The place looks lovely, staff are friendly and I was very happy with my gellish manicure. Prices are reasonable. I will definitely return to have my nails done there again.

I used to always go to this nail bar but recently they have hired new members of staff who do not have the same levels of expertise as the other staff who are excellent. I find it too much of a gamble to go now as I no longer know if I will get a good nail technician or not.
