The worst nail shop in Hackney.
There are 1-2 ladies in there who have manners and listen to what you want and provide the full service.
The rest, especially the elder lady, short/petite usually sat in the middle is dismissive, unprofessional, unreasonable and unhinged, as mentioned only 1-2 are not like this.
Constantly screaming “f-off” at people that address they have an issue with the service provided (including me)
I was told to “f-off” when I had shown the service I had received which was; thick messy acrylic, uneven shape and size, polish on my feet and also whilst receiving this terrible service the lady doing my feet was huffing and puffing every time I had said anything to her and when I showed her the issue thick acrylic, messy, different shape/sizes etc
The staff have no manners and this is not the first of last thing this has and will happen, I have witnessed this on many occasions.
To avoid wasting your money, avoid the shop completely.

Rude,unfreindly. Not welcoming at all. Wanted to look at prices,got told to take a picture and go!!!! Terrible customer service

Extremely rude and unfriendly. They continue to speak in their own language with colleagues right in front of you and snigger.

Nails done nice. I use the beautician side, I get my lashes, brows nd tints done all the time. She is brilliant. She's honest and always gives you the best look that suits you if you are not sure. If you know what you want she do excatly what you ask for. I have been going for more than a year now. She's the best I will not go to any other places. I trust her with her work. She's so friendly. Try it and see ! I have recommended to her to all my friends. Forever getting compliments when I go to her from work colleagues nd friends. She's amazing! Prices are amazing too.
