Recently I have ordered some expensive item and delivery option was to collect from local pick up point. Patco News was one of the most close to me.

I went to shop to collect my parcel at around 22:00 and asked for parcel. Elder gentelman behind counter looked around and advised that there was no parcel for me and advised to come back later as FedEx sometimes send notifications before parcel even are left with them.

I came next day (Wednesday) and asked if parcel has arrived for me. There was another person behind counter IC4 male, around 40-45, which I assume is shop owner. I asked him if parcel has arrived as I got messge yesterday confirming that it was delivered to this shop and gentelman who was there in the evening advised to come back next day.
He advised that there is nothing from FedEx.

I told to person who was behind counter that I might need to report to police as it was expensive item.

When I mentioned to him police, he got very aggresive and started to shout and advised that in the feature he will not accept parcel which will be under my name. I was trying to explain to him situation to him but he was keep on shouting and screaming that I would leave shop.

So advise to everyone - Reconsider if you want to use this shop as you could be next who will be abused by the owner

And if owner is reading this review, please go to google and read what stress can do to you, so next time first let the person to finish to explain everything and then start to - shout, scream or maybe even talk.

As well I have reported to FedEx this incident.
