Over the last year I tried twice to return a parcel and the machine never works. The first time I gave them the benefit of the doubt but now it's clear they don't find profitable collecting parcel for hermes but want the foot traffic it generates.

If I could could say -1 I would.
The staff in there are very rude. No customer skills at all. I went to return a parcel and the arrogance of the man behind the counter was shocking. I can’t believe that Hermes want to be associated with them. It’s a disgrace they may be easy access as they open up until 9, but if you can I would return it back by the post office across the road.

he is very nice guy helpful as well i always go to the shop for take mine percel and dropoff there is machine facilties for QR code.we can get easily eveything at ones time like:- stamps,envolpes,boxes for packeging ?no waiting like post office.

The owner or thats what he says is very rude. Everytime I go in to drop off parcels and need some assistant he never helps and us extremely unhelpful and rude for no reason. I would spend money while there but he is so rude I rather not give him my hard earned money.
I have tried to overlook it as its my local drop off but he is rude every time I need assistant. Even when the shop is empty n I'm the only customer he says he is busy.
