I had an Amazon package delivered there and was told at 22:33 by a guy who said his name was Bruno that he was not searching for any packages after 10pm, even though I could clearly see my name on a parcel 2 meters away. I showed him that Amazon said I could collect the package up until 23:00 but he continued to refuse me. To add insult to injury, he retrieved a package for a guy who arrived before me by 2 minutes. What can I assume other than he didn't want to serve the black guy????? I'm the last to play the race card but what else could it be? The patron ahead of me just shook his head. There was no one else in the store and "Bruno" claims that he was alone and couldn't search for what was directly in his face. I saw the label. This is horrific!!!

Do not go to this newsagents!! Terrible customer service and extremely rude staff. I have been on 3 separate occasions now (in case the owner and staff were having a bad day, which we all have) and on each occasion they have been rude, which is amazing given there is not usually much dialogue when purchasing something from a newsagents, but all 3 occasions left a very bad impression.

What a lovely place. The shop front is amazing and the service inside is equally impressive. I was impressed with the range of magazines in this store and will definately use it again when I am next in the area.
