Despite being listed online as a Collect+ location available to print labels in store, this store refuses to do so.

There's one reasonably pleasant member of staff, but other than that the other people working there are rude and dismissive, and act as though they are doing you a favour by serving you.
After a very unpleasant experience where I was treated like a thief when trying to pick up my own parcel using the Collect Plus service there, (after 9 years of using the shop) I was offered no apology by the shopkeeper on duty when Collect Plus called him and informed him that he had made an error and should have handed me my parcel - he instead snapped at me and grumpily shived the parcel into my hands, 0 customer service skills. I think the owner needs to rethink who he leaves in charge of the store in his absence, because having people who treat customers with contempt there will just drive people to use one of the many other shops.
