Boots Opticians

The most incompetent and inefficient shop with high prices and terrible service. They tried to charge extra after they had made a bad mistake, putting the wrong lenses in my glasses .They then promised to deliver the correct glasses the next day and failed to do so (they still have not arrived after more than 48 hours).

Do not use them! As an old and loyal Boots Opticians (Oxford St) customer I will certainly not use them in the future myself.

Passed from pillar to post in this room now that one then upstairs to see actual optician who was useless it's not the opticians on Bond Street Oxford street it used to be. The first point of contact spoke such bad English I had to ask him to repeat everything! It took two hours for one eye test. Too much fraternising amongst staff in back ground. My optician was prior to my appointment giggling and shoving another member of staff into a room ! I should have left at that point. They try to rip you off with unnecessary add ons I saw 4 different people for one eye test! The actual optician was useless !! Absolutely useless!! Never again. You have lost my custom. AVOID at all costs.

I have had numerous issues;
(1) I order 30 pairs of contact lenses with boots on 16 September, they say 3-5 working days they will call me to let me know these have arrived. 8 days no call so I go in, not arrived, a customer service rep says when I encourage her she will check with the supplier and call me. No call. Next day in speak to another customer rep, they said they will call the supplier and call me. No call. 26th September 2014 (10 days later) I call them, customer rep says still not in, he will check in stock room and let me know. No call. Last time I ordered I got them 3 weeks late
