Awful service! The rude receptionist was constantly huffing and puffing. It was my first time wearing glasses and I needed help to choose what was right for me, she seemed so uninterested and it felt more like she wanted to flog me something. I took my prescription and decided to go Hammersmith instead. Very close I highly recommend steering clear of these rude people.

I have been using this optician for several years now after unsatisfactory service - wrong prescriptions, inappropriate lenses, constantly changing opticians - from a major chain. The professionalism and expertise is unmatched in my experience, with support and care in meeting your individual needs a clear priority. If something is not quite right, there's just no hassle getting it checked out again - that's all part of the service. Receptionist is a delight! As a small independent, the costs may be a bit more than the chains - but definitely worth it!

Fulham eye is run by lovely people who go over and above to help. I always seem to leave ordering new lenses until the eleventh hour and often run out, but Jeanette always help me out with a smile and great patience! I've been using opticians for over 25 years and have tried most places including the leading high street practitioners but Fulham Eye Centre supersedes them all on every level from professionalism and expertise to friendliness and value for money. Can’t recommend them highly enough.

I have been going to see this centre for over 5 years and they are always professional, friendly and have a great line in glasses. Even though you might get a cheaper online service the personnal service you receive here is second to none. Even after moving away from the area I still come here for checkups, contact lenses and every couple of years new specs.
