I went to this establishment just over a month ago. I have to say the service that i received was brilliant from start to finish. the optician and chap who helped me were both very chatty and friendly. It was one of the best eye tests i’ve had. I ordered a pair of glasses and they were ready 4 days after. Thank you

Good, positive service on the day, told they would text me in 3 days for my glasses and 7 for contacts - both for collection. Although I got my glasses, they never text me to collect my trial contacts/come in for my contact lens appointment. I rang to enquire 51 days later, they said they'd ring me back, and never did. I rang to complain, they said they wouldn't give my money back, did NOT apologise for not calling me nor ever tell me where my contacts are/why they didn't text or offer any solutions to get them. Apologies go a long way. £20 poorer and I never received any contacts to try.

Hello. I recently purchased two pairs of glasses from Aristone Opticians. I have been to many different opticians in the area and never really felt satisfied with the end product, as I wear varifocal. The man that helped me went over all the different types that available to me and how they would suit my needs. I collected my eye glasses two weeks later and was very happy. I now have optician who I can trust. Thank you

A really fantastic service from start to finish. They were recommended to me by a friend as i had had a few problems with another place. They managed to specially order a frame for me that i had seen at another place, they were cheaper as well. The only thing i was slightly disappointed was that it took two weeks for the frame to arrive, but i don't think i can hold them responsible for that. Overall very Happy. Thank you.

I just got back from a visit at Aristone and I have to say that I left with the biggest smile on my face. I happened to break my Ray-ban aviators a while ago slightly, by bending the screw and metal component which connect the arms with the frame. I thought I had lost my glasses forever. The employee at Aristone however, fixed them within five minutes, and he did not even want to charge me for it!!!!! As a sign of gratitude, all he asked me to do was to donate what I could to their charity pot. Now, how is that for service? A business with its heart in the right place!!!! Highly recommended.

I called Aristone this morning and spoke to Ritesh, after trying for nearly 2 weeks to replace D&G nose pads for sunglasses that I have through many avenues within 30 minutes Ritesh it. How is that for customer service and I only have to wait for 3 days.

This was my first visit to Aristone Opticians. They managed to see me as a walk in appointment and also had my glasses made for me in the hour, good as i had broken my previous pair. Their service was professional and friendly, better then the people down the road. VERY happy. Thanks see you soon.

I was very impressed with the service I received. Staff are very curteous, polite and helpful. I was given excellent advice and received my new glasses within one week.

I was very impressed with the service that i received from this opricians. They fixed two sets of glasses and they look brand new! Don't go to spec savers this is the place to go and spend your value for money :) James

Aristone gave me by far the fastest service ever. Went in at noon for eye test and to get a new frame, and a few hours later my glasses and lenses were ready for collection! Would definitely recommend it to anyone!

i went into aristone opticians today an was greeted in a very professional manner by a very smart young gentleman. i was having problems with a dry eye, he explained how he could help me and took my details and had me seen by one of the opticians there. the test i had was far more through then any other i have had, i was very pleased!! i didn't need glasses but was advised to use some eye drops. from start to finish the people who helped me were friendly and helpful.. i've been to some chain opticians and none of them come close to how happy i left. thank you very much!! i shall be blowing the trumpet for you guys for a long time..

Aristone is fantastic! I have previously been to 2 other opticians in the London area and have always left feeling annoyed and/or inconvenienced. I have never had a negative experience at Aristone. The staff are friendly, fast and efficient. I would highly recommend Aristone to anyone.
