I have been in some optitian centres and honestly I have to say Auerbach & Steele have one of the most wonderful customer services I have ever received everywhere. They have the most personalised attention with kindness and professional advice. I was very impressed with their reliability, quality and how fast they give your new glasses. I went there on Tuesday the 20th of July in the afternoon, they told me to call me about Saturday to go to collect my glasses and on Wednesday afternoon they called me to arrange an appointment for Thursday the 22nd of July at 3:10 pm I could not believe it. They are amazing. I met them casually after having a big disappointment with one of the largest optitian chains in the world and having my money refunded. Please go and visit them for an accurate and thorough service. I just can say I love Auerbach and Steele. Congratulations you are amazing and I am extremely happy to have been the pleasure to meet you.
