Better Specs

Unprofessional. Needed urgent help and they didn't help.
I had to go to a hospital in the end who were shocked when I relayed what I been through after visiting them and something was not picked up. Suffice to say easier to spend your time and money elsewhere.
Good to know: They are not open all the time it depends on whether they have an optician in on the day so try speak to them to get a time that suits. They do not respond to messages either. The man I believe he is the owner was very dismissive and most unhelpful. Family members will no-longer be visiting either as also let down more than once.
