HORRIFIC CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!
I ordered my frames and lens online only to receive an email 20minutes later informing me that the frames have been discontinued - boggles the mind why you still showing discontinued frames as available. Responded to email saying ashame and could I please have a full refund. Like any normal person would do I followed up with a phone call. Call answered with a only hello, no just4specs, I had to enquire if this was in in fact just4specs and things went downhill from there. The woman was not only hostile but incredibly rude and questioned why I was phoning to followup on my email for refund... Errrr because it is £190 and I want to confirm cancellation of order and return of monies to my account.
