Specsavers Opticians

Went in to get glasses repaired.had 3 staff on the floor not 1 of them acknowledged me in the 15 minutes i was there.i stood at the counter where a lady was repairing some glasses when she finished she walked right passed me had a little chat with someone then came back and debated with another member of staff where she had left her pen.even though they could see i had a broken pair of glasses in my hands no one csme up to me.ggave up after 15 minutes I'll wait till they train there staff properly

I added a review on "Google reviews" after the nasty experience I had with my visit to specsavers at the end of January 2022 and the management requested me to expand my review via a link which they provided.
I did that, explaining everything in detail well over a month ago and to date there has been no response what so ever.
This goes to prove how very incompetent even the management is!

The management is unable to deal with any problems that arise should anything go wrong. They are more focused on making all the money possible and are not interested in anything else.
