Specsavers Opticians

I booked the appointment online over 1 week before the appointment. They called me to confirm 24hours before and a text was sent also.When I got there my booking wasn't in the system and wanted to reschedule?!?I was there eventually for 1 1/2 hours and by the end of it I didn't want to hear anything else about lense or glasses. Very disappointing, specially if you are a paying customer like myself not eligible for a discount of any kind,you e pect a better service. Staff was OK,however I felt that I was passed on to fill the time and rushed slightly to fit everyone in.

customer service is horrible on the phone, they make you wait for more than 30 minutes to answer, if you book online, when you get there they can't find your booking and you have to book another ticket, the glasses take too long to get ready and prices are only reasonable for those with NHS benefit. The only good thing is the optician, she is very attentive and efficient.

Specsavers North Finchley is a MESS! customer service is non-existent and the staff are rude and confused.
