Absolute joke. They asked me for £33 (!!) to send a tiny parcel to Germany (under 100g). I went for the "cheaper" option (£22) and the parcel never arrived. Staff is extremely rude and barely speaks English. Aldgate Post Office is 5 minutes away, much cheaper and with nice staff, just avoid this address, it's a SCAM.

I recently started working in the area and spend well over £100 a year posting stuff so i tried out this branch. A first class stamped card to Walthamstow i left there with a woman 4 days ago has yet to arrive so i will never head back there. Avoid! Much better to head to houndsditch post office.

I arrived on a saturday morning with my package (unwrapped) .
What an experience! I was the only customer, but, what should have been a 15 minute job (which also included him packing ) took one hour!
It would seem the person working there was completely unfamiliar with what constitutes a first and last name and delivery address....... It took approximately 30 minutes for him to enter the delivery address and my address onto their computer system!
And for some unknown reason he objected to my address being put on it as the sender. I felt so uncomfortable about his ability to actually get the parcel collected i took photos.
