Taylor services have been my worst experience with a service delivery company. I choose this company to deliver a medium size box from Scotland to the Dominican Republic, and it has been more than 45 days (basically five months), and I have not received it.
They have the worst customer service because of the following reason:
They don’t have accurate traceability of your boxes. The person who “knew” the information was always on “leave” or was never there to tell me the location of my box. Also, one time they said "my box was on track to be delivered because it arrived”, then weeks later they said, “my box hasn’t arrived because it is still at the port”. They are liars and dishonest.
They never sent me a proper confirmation about my bag. It took weeks for them to send me a bank account to pay for my delivery service and to receive my invoice with my service number. All of this happened, even after I sent them my box.
5 months later, I still have not received it.
Before I booked their service, I read many BAD reviews. This confirms this BAD QUALITY SERVICE situation happens regularly.
You have to send them MULTIPLE reminders so they can answer your text.
I do not recommend using Taylor services, and you will not be the exception for a fair service experience. I would recommend using another delivery service company or highly reconsider if the box you want to deliver is worth it.
