Horribly rude women on phone. Never go there no respect or knowledge of customer service. Really upset me as I was rudely spoken to and rushed off phone. Do not bother!!

It's a shame I hadn't read the other reviews first ... my experience sounds similar the the last reviewer's. The appalling lack of any customer service or even common courtesy when I returned with faulty goods was quite bizarre. This was made even worse when the manageress was incredibly rude to me in front of my children and we left feeling shocked and upset. I shall certainly not be recommending this outlet to others. There are plenty of other places to get quality products at good prices, with a smile and good service thrown in ... always a recipe for repeat business!

Dissapointed with this shop, especially with the rudeness of the owner when discussing a problem. I would not recommend this shop, look for an alternative.
