I have been coming to this aquarium shop for years now and will be for the near future for all my aquarium needs. The mature lady who runs the shop is always delightful and full of honest knowledge.

I've been coming here since I was young, love this place! The people working in there have always been patient and helpful and they take care of their creatures.

Excellent service.
well informed.
They really take care of livestock and set a good example.
Serious advice/cost information to anyone thinking of buying a reptile for the first time.
Even the crickets are always in good condition.
I can often find pet shops a rather negative experience but not this one!

Very helpful. Didn't have what I wanted in stock but tol me to pop in at thermals the week. Also gave me card with phone number to call before I come so I won't have a wasted trip. Gentleman was polite. Happy with service

Very helpful good range of supplies and pets esp fish and reptiles. Live food, tanks etc too. Not overly cheerful but happy to answer questions and give advice.

This is a gem of a shop where the accent is on the creatures not the trimmings. They have allways had what I need in stock and if they don't think the fish you want are up to standard they will happily point this out rather than sell you rubbish.
