Texaco Service Station

Been coming here for a few months now as it’s the closest petrol station to me and as I can see from other peoples reviews on here that find most of the staff very unhelpful. I have turned up to collect parcels on a few occasions and the door has been shut, I was told once that the door was broken and to come back, I had a heavy parcel to drop off and they would not except it. just to reiterate that they are very unhelpful and I am not going back.

I've used this store for many years, not as a driver, but as a local resident. It's very convenient for occasional groceries and I've always found the staff helpful and polite. Despite it being rather a small shop and sometimes becoming rather busy, the queue usually moves fairly quickly. It's clearly quite popular since I rarely find it empty in the early evening and they sell a wide range of items you wouldn't necessarily expect from a garage shop (e.g. woolly socks and dog cushions).

The staff are very rude and unhelpful. I will not be filling up there in the future.
