Improve the customer service, it's awful. Our items took twice as long to produce and I didn't even get an apology. It's a business ultimately, so the owner/manager should stop being so ignorant in his belief that he can take as long as he likes because he's an artisan. A bit of common curtesy wouldn't hurt!
