Extremly happy with the service here. The staff who couldn't have been more helpful with product and creative advice were spot on. This is the third occassion and each one was exactly the same meticulous attention and advice couldn't ask for a better service!

Very happy with the service here. Top rate staff who couldn't have been more helpful with product and creative advice. Ordered frames for exhibiting art in a show - there was a problem with supplies from one of their suppliers but they immediately got to work in meticulously hand crafting the missing part themselves so I wouldn't miss my deadline couldn't ask for a better service!

Poor customer service, overpriced and unreliable. After a week delay with the first framing I had done, I gave them another chance. When they called to say the 2nd frame would also be delayed, the man on the phone was very short and sarcastic when asked to explain why the frame was going to be delayed. I took the print back unframed and found a framers who did the work politely, efficiently and for almost half of the cost!
