Plumbers Pal

Plumbers Pal, especially their Assistant Manager Chris Outerson, have gone out of their way to be helpful as I replaced my kitchen tap and sink and had a tricky problem with a non-standard wc flush. Chris is smart and tried hard to solve my problems, taking care and attention, while patiently explaining the tricky points to me in a non-technical way. I could never have solved these problems over the internet!

I would recommend any novice seeking to buy plumbing or sanitary ware to check this place out. The staff go the extra mile to get a good price, to assist with queries and to help you decide on best option for your need and budget. Such great staff !!! Products have been good so no complaints.

The staff at Plumbers Pal offer an amazing service. They are open at 7.30 which makes parking easy. As a non-plumber looking for friendly advice the staff were exceptional. Informed, non-intimidating, friendly and funny. They solved my problem. They dealt with professionals even more effectively.
