Have a policy of up selling, okay not a problem a symptom of the times we live in, just a pain when you have asked for a specific service. This has happened on several occasions. The real problem in this PO is their continued attempts at short changing customers. I use this PO because it's the closest. They regularly attempt to short change me! It's getting very annoying & it's not uncommon for the area! I feel the recently arried ( I've lived in Hackney for 30 years) must be thought of as easy pickings! I'm not the only one, my partner has had the same problem.
