Very poor service suggest more staff. Staff that I met today had no idea of customer service. Not enough staff to deal with the queues only two members on behin£ the counters. One staff member was engaged with a person who was renewing passports, the other member of staff was enraged an£ involved with a heated altercation in relation to the non delivery of a parcel. Would suggest when someone arrives with passports that anothe4 member of staff is summoned. I am a visitor and was not left with a very nic3 8mpression
