Went here last week and the service was appalling. Poor service with poor knowledge of services being offered. Very unfriendly. Would advise to avoid at all costs.

There is a difference in how they process Amazon returns with QR codes than other post offices.
The the other post offices will accept two or three return items in one package and still scan all the 3 separate codes.
Them being unaware of it - they only scanned one code for my three return items and this caused a lot of inconvenience as i had to spend a long time on the phone explaining this to Amazon.
Also, the post office shop to buy envelopes and lables for the post only accepts cash and not cards which is pretty inconvenient too.
It would be great if their practices were updated and matched the post office services provided at finchley central, east finchley, high barnet and new barnet. These are the branches i have used with no issues.
