Ok, the queues are long at certain times of the day, best to go after 10am and avoid lunchtimes & late afternoons. Top marks for the staff who are unfailingly helpful and calm under pressure

There is a severe lack of staff. Since they introduced the self-service machines there is only one or 2 people working at the counter. The queues are ridiculously long. I just spent one hour fifteen minutes queueing this afternoon. Staff is very courteous though, but overworked and tired.

The staff were extremely nice and helpful!! I used the self service parcel machines and the women helped me the whole way as I'd never used them before.
