Very attentive and friendly service for a larger painting that required shipping to USA. Ensuring appropriate packaging and insurance on our shipment with everything arriving on time and in excellent condition.

Service could be better. I took a letter there but the postage was underpaid. When I asked them what I should do they simply turned me away.
I went to another one expecting to just pay the full amount to resolve the issue. However they asked me how much I paid and said I could just pay the difference to resolve the issue. Why didn't westminster road post office offer this option instead of turning me away? They weren't even busy!
If only all post offices could provide customers options like the latter. Unfortunately the ones that do are few and far between.

Useful post office with longer opening hours. Sometimes the queues are a little long but the service is always prompt and efficient from knowledgeable staff. Also sells stationary - notepads, envelopes eye and basic grocery goods including magazines.
Conveniently placed outside a bus stop where buses 159, 12 and 453 stops, and Lambeth North Station is 2 mins walk away. It's also 10 minutes' walk from Waterloo station or 15 minutes' walk from Westminster.
