They are illegally using the Costcutter branding, they have not been a Costcutter franchisee since 2004.

Just been there. Rude staff. My package weighed 1.1 kilo. I thought it was only 1 kilo. So thought why does it cost so much. The staff told me that was the price and i should know what im posting instead of stressing him out. I would give zero stars if i could.

Would give it - hearts if I could. They close at lunch time but don’t specify when so could be any time. After going a second time in the day, they now tell me they won’t accept boxes so have to come back after 4. 3 times going there in one day is a bit of a joke.

I am very satisfied with the services and attitude of staff.
I went to return my parcel which was free but could not know how to do it.
One of a staff in shop counter help me to find out QR code with happy mood.The short boy said to me as a fun that i will collect service charges from you and laugh .He sanitise hands before and after using my phone with covering his face.Then other staff who called him Manager pass me free tape to secure my parcel. They all are funny to other shop customers as well. I love to come back again and again.

Despite being the closest post office for me (right next to Clapham South station), the opening hours of this post office is unpredictable. The lunch hours are different every day and the staff are unpleasant.

Very rude staff and never stick to the opening times! I would avoid if possible. Such a shame when it could be really convenient having a post office in Clapham South.

One of the most awful post offices I’ve ever experienced. There person who is supposed to be running the post office is always at lunch or on a break / they change the break and lunch times constantly. I asked them to put up a sign outside and the man made some ridiculous comment about how he “can’t put up signs”. And even though the other person serving doesn’t have any customers they never help and send you away. They are consistently rude and have no interest in customer service. Even though this is by far the closest post office I avoid at all costs.

Never sticks to the opening times, long queues and slow as well as rude service. Giving two stars because one person who works there was very friendly it's just a shame their co-workers didn't share the same customer service skills. Avoid if possible, it's a small convenience store with a post office added on as an afterthought.

This post office is under new management and has been for more than a year since at least the end of 2014. It's true the previous post office manager was very rude and unpleasant, but fortunately she's not working there anymore. She has since been replaced, first by another woman who was much nicer, and now the current one who is very friendly, smiley and always helpful. A far contrast from what this used to be. Would definitely recommend now.
