Post Office Ltd

Having tried to get information regarding postal services from The Post Office the following comments should be addressed. Why cant you just answer the phone instead of offering numerous menu options?. And why cant I get the phone number of my local post office?. A simply enquiry to you is lengthy complicated and frustrating. In the end I gave up,so the service you have offered me was useless. And as it was an 0845 number it probably cost me a lot more than it should have.You need a serious rethink about the way you service your customers.
