Wow, I came in for a very small print run, only 2 boards and they were amazing! A small shop but massive heart.
I would recommend second printing to anyone and everyone.
Price is good also

Awful job! Lack of customer service & unprofessionalism. My 71 yr old mother went in with her own paper for letter head to be prepared. They gave samples of the 'styles' all unsuitable. Then printed it on 500 sheets of paper. The name was one space from the address on one line and there were spaces between commas. It wasn't centred and when she returned home £50 lighter of pocket. She went back to get it reprinted and they wanted £25. I was shocked as i thought printers would be printing better than my 12 year old. She didn't notice but they are paid to do this and should fix for free no

We usually let reviews be as everyone is entitled to their opinion. We are grateful that we have got such positive reviews in general. But think it is only fair to respond to this as it is hugely misleading.
First of all, it is quite unfair that you have slated us without ever stepping into our shop or dealing with us personally. We might make mistakes, everyone does, but our customer service and professionalism is what we take pride in. That is our belief.
Now the facts :
Your mother came in our shop making her our customer. We did everything that should be done to serve her and she left happy and satisfied. She had handwritten what she wanted on a piece of paper and gave that piece of paper to us. She wanted us to put it on the letterhead. We copied that, exactly, with the spaces and the commas, like we usually do. She was given options on the set-up and she checked it and was happy and chose one of the options. You have to understand, for foreign names and addresses, it is not our call to insert punctuation. We can, have and always amend our set up until the customer is happy. She was. We never print until we have the customer proof the sample. She did and was satisfied. If she wasn't, she didn't give us any indication whatsoever that what we showed her was not what she wanted.
Maybe you should have told her what you wanted so she could direct us a bit more? The print next day was based on what you had sent us - which I guess is what you were looking for. That look, in no way, was communicated to us.
It was at our discretion that we gave a discount on the printing the next day at all, as we felt bad for the position your mother was put in.
Hope this clarifies the situation.

I am a recent fine arts graduate and this is now my favourite shop. I got all my canvas prints for my final year here, the quality was top class and the prices were very competitive. I also got my dissertation printed and bound here...not bad for a cash strapped student!
The selling point of this shop for me is Roopa the co-owner. She is a graphic designer and artist in her own right and her experience and expertise proved invaluable to me.
Thank you Roopa for all your help - and Indi too!
I'm undertaking my first exhibition in the summer so I'll be seeing you guys soon!

This shop is great! I needed posters and flyers for my band and no idea how to go about doing this. i happened to spot second office from a bus and this place provided everything I needed and more!
The prices are really competitive and the people were super helpful and friendly (and they liked my band!!)
They are now also sorting out wedding invitations for my sister...I would definitely recommend this place to anyone needing printing or design work...Thanks Roopa!

I run a small calligraphy business and I have been using Second Office for almost two years.
The team core is a husband and wife, Roopa and Indie both of whom are friendly, talented and professional.
The big asset is that Roopa, the head designer is an artist in her own right and can easily 'get' the design concepts I ask her to develop for me.
Almost all businesses in Clapham use this gem for their visual marketing as Second Office are excellent.
I have absolutely no hesitation at all in recommending their services to others.

Second Office are OK. That is, if you accept the fact that they never pick up the phone (despite the fact that they run a phone answering service), don't actually design anything (despite the fact that they advertise themselves as a design house) and are rude (despite the fact that they offer 'friendly service').
When I brought up the fact that I wanted better communication from them, they told me to take my designs elsewhere with no apology and no explanation.
Avoid at all costs.
The 3 stars are for the fact that they are cheap. But cheap service is what you get.
