Colindale Retail Park

Please be aware of this place. The back wheel of the driver side of my car was just outside the white line of the parking bay and UKPC sent me a fine of £60!!!!

I was there just for a very short time to get an oven cleaner costing less than £2 and now I have to pay a fine of £60!

If you want to fine people for not parking between the parking bay lines you could at least put notices up so its visible to the customers rather than in the fine print on your notices. People are aware of the time restrictions but they certainly are not aware that if the wheels of the car are over the white lines they will get a fine.

People should be aware of your intentions. DONT stick it in the fine print and then hoping that everyone who comes to the shopping centre will go to the board to read the fine print. So put notices up saying "PARK WITHIN THE BAY TO AVOID A FINE". YOU HAVE TO BE FAIR TO THE CUSTOMERS.

Very disappointed manager was reversing my order but I didn’t get the email or refund on £40 purchase but hit the £10 refund done after. Phoned customer service at 12 and still waiting for the email confirming cancellation. Will not buy online from them again!!!!
