Balham Delivery Office

If you pay for redirection and you state the names that should be directed, then WHY are Balham sorting office sending other peoples names/mail to my redirection place that aren't on my redirection list VERY SLOPPY LAZY WORKERS that cannot be bothered to do their job correctly this isn't a 1 off this is now 5 times l've had to comlain to Royalmail customers complaints office about other peoples mail going to my redirection/covering over the name of the person the mail belongs to, or putting labels upside down, Who ever is sorting out the redirection mail seriously needs to be sacked!!!!!! BALHAM MANAGER SORT OF YOUR REDIRECTION MAIL STAFF!!!!!!
