Beautiful quality shirts and fantastic personal service.
I wanted to order online but at the time their website wasn't available. I was going to wait until it was, but I rang the shop and spoke to an extremely helpful man called Paul who described all the shirts in detail to me on the phone so I didn't have to come into the city! Not only that, but he offered to send me swatches of the material or photos of the shirts and said anything I didn't like I could just swap. Seriously, short of driving the shirts to me personally, he couldn't possibly have done anything more to help.
I am the sort of annoying person who spends half their life decrying the poor service that one gets from many shops these days. My experience here however has to be about the best service I have ever had in the retail sector.
