I have come to give in my shoes yesterday at 4pm and today at 1pm but the shop seems to be closed and the shutters are down.
I also tried calling the shop several times but there is no answer.
I'm not sure what's happening.

Lacking customer service and not very flexible. They will try to accommodate you sometimes but can't accept critic. They showed me the door today after I made them aware of an issue and refused to accept my shoes for repairs.
