Ruco Line

I bought those trainers on YOOX website sometime ago and now I try to wearing them but I saw something that I never seen before the rubber soles of the trainers star cracked from the middle sole in both shoes.
I did try to contact Rucoline, they said, is nothing they can do, not even willing to change my trainers for a new ones the customer service it was so poor not willing to help.

I love my trainers they are so stylish and they are amazing but is so sad that I can wearing them and they are not cheaper I just lost my money.
I’m still try to contact ruco help line but nothing yet…

ruco line shoes changed my life. before i discovered them i could barely walk. both legs had been operated on. i needed height and support - also i needed comfort and fashion. i have 14 pairs - including some in the post. i receive many compliments. really fantastic shoes.
