I went there with two pairs of shoes .
Both needed their soles to be glued .
They asked a crazy amount of money and if I remember well ,they asked for it in advance. I thought it looks very professional and I agreed .
After one week for the one pair and three weeks for the second the soles were laughing at me again.
I was so angry ,I haven't gone back to complain ,but I will.
What a waste of money....

I was quite disappointed after trying this shop. The first time they mended my heel tips it fell off in one wear and I had the inconvenience if having to send them back to be redone again. Another occasion I was only in london for a day and rushed to get there for 6pm after being tied up all day, I rang as soon as I got out of the tube station to ask how long it would take me to get to them. When they said I wouldn't make it (literally by a few minutes) I asked if they could just hold on a few minutes for me to drop the shoes off but they refused. Really poor customer service & not recommende

Great repair on the zip of my (very expensive) boots. I thought I wouldn't be able to wear them anymore, but they have been brought to life again.
thanks!

Overrated
This firm may be repairing shoes and bags for the top tier labels and do decent workmanship. However, their consumer facing skills and customer service outside wholesale are appalling. I have brought my repairs to them for years, but I really do not want to deal with them anymore. Most of my shoe repairs are simple maintenance and can be done equally well elsewhere. For any more complex repair of higher value leather goods I really bring it back to the retailer, who can then deal with them.
