Extremely poor and disgusting customer service.
I dropped off abayas for them to do while I killed time on green street, they promised it’ll be done in 2 hours - so I paid extra for parking. When I came back to collect, they hadn’t even bothered and started doing it there and then, absolutely disgusting… I had to pay an extra 2 hours for parking on top just for them to complete the job..
They also left stains on my new Eid abaya as well!!! When I challenged them, they lied saying the stains were already there already when I know this is LIE because I literally bought the abaya and tried it on that day from Green st… They then changed their narrative and said it’s just water and it’ll be gone, the mark is permanent..
The embroidery was also coming off my MIL’s abaya and we told them be careful that the whole embroidery doesn’t come off while they adjust it. They gave their word that they’ll be careful. When we came back to collect it, what did they do..? The while embroidery was off and on the floor!!!
Furthermore, my abaya wasn’t even adjust to the length like they said it would when they whipped the tape measure out and measured it.
The actual service and delivery is so poor, how are they still running??
Absolutely WASTE of parking money, WASTE of tailoring money - honestly disgusting.

Stay away from them. They are liars and very bad customer service. They took an order promising it will be ready for 15th May but actually wrote 20th May in receipt. Today is the 23rd and its still not ready when they said that by Monday 22nd it will be here. When I called today he abruptly hanged up saying why am I calling repeatedly. You silly git. You took my money and giving me bullshit. That's why!! Stay away people

Disgusted with tailors in the back of fashion plaza. Left my dress to be altered for a week later. Battled through traffic and trying to find parking for over an hour to be told they hadnt bothered to do it! I wouldnt go to them as they are liars. The person I dealt with was not there and other man working there claimed that he had lost his phone bunch of liars!
