Not very helpful when you go there to drop off a parcel. They tend to be difficult and unhelpful, and sometimes stroppy towards their customers - almost as if they'd rather that you didn't go there.

The staff is incredibly rude. They do not meet their offerings. The only good thing they have is the opening hours but is better to go to other places even you spend more.
