Unfriendly, bored, lazy staff that don't welcome anyone to their overpriced store. I have seen out of date food and out of date soft drinks. Their prices really bring question to the name CostCutters, think they bring shame to the whole franchise. They only receive 1 star due to the fact that they are actually there.

unfriendly, bored, no smiles.....and have hiked their prices up so much more than I believe the fanchise would allow. They are in a brilliant position, especially since a mass of private owned blocks of flats were built. They have hiked their prices up because its near Barnes. Pathetic
