I also had packages delivered to this store. The lady in the store was rude and very unhelpful. I wont be having my packages delivered to this store again.

I went to this shop to drop off some collect+ parcels. Frankly, the staff could be more polite. After asking me to place a 5 kg parcel on a counter that was level with my head he was surly when I asked to pass it round the side. After scanning he threw one parcel onto the floor, really not the way I expect my deliveries to be handled. I recommend you chose a different shop for collect+ transactions unless you don't mind parcels being manhandled.
