I find the supermarket has become a soup kitchen for the local tramps

Personally I find the idea of free coffee crazy as I don't have any hands available when I do a large shop so I can't take advantage of their free coffee

So much for loyalty points for those who spend a lot of money

Also their fruit always seems so old

The last two times I have been in Waitrose Finchely rd it has been a big let down! The staff are all standing around chatting to each other talking about tea breaks and nights out! When I asked where an item was I was told by a member of staff she didn't know because shes only fulling the shelfs at the moment she didn't even look up at me. It was like talking to the back of her head, She didn't have a name badge on lucky for her,Then today at the till the woman who served me just put her hand out for the money too busy talking about a member of your staff that she don't like! I have cut my legs twice on the steel bindings around the lower banana troughs.in the Finchley Road store,
Please don't use this sharp steel. These untrimmed corners are dangerous especially when there are many customers in the shops banging into each other with their trolleys.
I reported this matter this afternoon and was offered a sticking plaster by an assistant but I didn't want to hang around and having expressed my anger left the store.
