I recently had an unpleasant experience at the Tesco store in Holland Park, London. I visited the store to purchase a couple of things. Unfortunately, I mistakenly threw my receipt into the food donation box, thinking it was a bin. The security personnel on duty approached me in an aggressive and rude manner, demanding to know why I had put my receipt in the box. Despite my apology, he continued to yell at me and ordered me to leave the store immediately. I saw rage and hate in his eyes. His insults and rude behaviour affected my mental state and I felt intimidated and unsafe at Tesco.
As a resident of Kensington & Chelsea, I have always found Tesco to be a reliable and welcoming place to shop. However, my experience at the Holland Park branch has left me feeling disturbed and apprehensive. I hope that Tesco management will take appropriate steps to ensure that this kind of disgusting behaviour does not happen again in the future.
I have lodged a complaint with Tesco management, and I hope that they will take my feedback seriously. Overall, I have had positive experiences shopping at Tesco's other branches in Kensington, and I hope that the Holland Park branch can provide the same level of service and professionalism.
Be aware of the rude security at the store. After I receive a response from Tesco management, I am going to update my review.
